Really good service, minor hiccup
spacious suite useful bathroom extensive breakfast
The family suite was very spacious and clean. I appreciated that. Two bathrooms in our suite were useful with three adults. The hotel supplied every toiletry, like toothbrush and toothpaste. They also included beach slippers and a beach bag. the breakfast selection was extensive. It was a great start to the day.
The ac did not work efficiently. I went during july, with very hot weather. I complained many times. Engineers visited many times. Eventually, I had to use a fan overnight which was not ideal, to say the least.

The premises feature a large private beach kept to a high standard. Several restaurants exist on-site providing various dining options. A pool area offers ample space for swimming, tanning, and recreation. It is a wonderful spot.

separate sinks rainfall shower modern treadmills
The room featured two separate sinks. rainfall shower was also included. i also used the gym. It had three treadmills.

Service Needs Improvement
The breakfast had a wide selection. Cooks greeted guests and remembered them by name. The breakfast team was helpful.
I encountered an issue with a deposit. The hotel charged a deposit for each night upon arrival, which should have been an authorization. I am still waiting for a refund, even after multiple messages and emails. The resolution of problems is INCAPABLE.

healthy options gift basket easy shopping
the breakfast buffet includes healthy options and bakery items. housekeeping brought a gift basket as an apology for accidentally taking the shower gel. the souq on the hotel made shopping easy.
the wi-fi was slow.

vegan options attentive staff
The breakfast was delicious. there were vegan options available too! the staff assisted us attentively. Emad provided everything we needed.

mixed feelings at Al naseem
inflexible management poor contact
the family rooms are spacious and accommodated our needs well.
Contacting them proved difficult. i was good. the management offered no compensation, not even a complimentary drink.

Really good stay
thoughtful staff evening sweets amazing team
I found the staff thoughtful. The housekeeping team left sweets and toys for the children each evening. They also offered to wash baby bottles, a very kind gesture. The kids club team was equally amazing. My son enjoyed his time there a lot.
i noticed some slow service . It sometimes took over an hour for requests to arrive, even simple things like coffee.

The air conditioning system was very effective. I barely heard it and the room temperature was perfect. The room design impressed me and it was clean. Housekeeping prepared the baby cot with a toy, swimming diapers, and a blanket.

the pools had amazing water temperature and staff ensured the areas were easy to enjoy. The hotel offers access to Wild Wadi Waterpark. i found the design of the entire hotel beautiful.

Breakfast provided a broad and delicious variety of options. The cooks greeted me by name, a really nice personal touch. Staff cleaned tables immediately. They paid attention to children and offered drinks.
